Dates for 2025 will be live from 1st December 2024.
Join me to take part in a fabulous dessert foundation workshop. You will learn how to make fantastic meringues, choux pastries with craquelin and sumptuous fillings and tarts. We will master the art of making and working with sweet pastry and make custard-based (Lemon/lime/passionfruit), franjipan and chocolate tarts. With all these desserts we will look at garnishes, texture, taste, and final presentation.

Gourmet countryside cookery courses at Dale House Kitchen
Our cooking days will take place in our beautiful farmhouse situated in the Forest of Bowland AONB and very close to Gisburn Forest, Stocks reservoir and the Yorkshire dales.
Dominique has led a full career working in some of the premier kitchens in the UK. From the Roux brothers to the Houses of Parliament she has cooked for celebrities, royalty and prime ministers.
At Dale house, her seasonal and local philosophy is at the heart of her cooking and she now loves to share her passion in food by cooking for her guests and teaching small group or private classes.
