Dominique has trained in some of the best proffesional kitchens in this country under Michelin starred chefs such as the Roux brothers and Aiden Byrne. She was head pastry chef at the Houses of Parliament for 13 years and also at Sir Terence Conrans flagship restaurant, Le Pont de la Tour.

She continues to do private chef work and consultancy to restaurants, individuals and high end brands such as ESSE stoves and range cookers.

Andrew is a keen marksman and provides Dalehouse with a steady supply of local game.

We are pleased to offer our guests a 3 or 4 course evening meal focusing of the best available local ingredients, whether from the allotment, the farm shop, other artisan producers or the fields around the house. We want the freedom to decide what to cook on the day and for this reason have done away with the menu. All we ask is that you tell us that you wish to dine and whether you have any dietary requirements.

£35 for 3 courses or £45 with an additional course of cheeses from the Courtyard dairy and my award winning Eccles cakes

Please note we are not licensed but you are welcome to bring your own wine or beer and we can chill it if appropriate.

If you want to eat out then these are some of my favourites...
