A super breakfast is included for my bed and breakfast guests. Dominique has worked as a chef for 22 years, for the Roux brothers, the Houses of Parliament, Conran restaurants and also for celebrity chef Aiden Byrne. You will be sure of being fed very well during your stay.

Breakfast

Choose from a selection of cereals, porridge or home made granola, fresh fruit and yoghurt

Full Lancashire cooked breakfast using locally sourced bacon and sausages and eggs from the chickens. I offer a excellent vegetarian or vegan cooked breakfast and also specials such as homemade "baked beans" with poached eggs and feta cheese, or bowland pancakes with banana and syrup or even, poached eggs and avocado on toasted sour dough.

I are happy to cater for dietary requirements given advance notice.

Sandwiches of your choice, a chocolate biscuit bar, a piece of fruit, crisps and a soft drink. We can fill your thermos free of charge with tea, coffee or hot chocolate

Evening meals

There are several good pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area and I am happy to make recommendations or bookings for you. However if you wish not to travel for your evening meal, I can offer you a fabulous home cooked supper either for groups in the barn or the b&b. Let me know a few days in advance of your stay if you would like to eat here in the evening.
